TJ NOVA LTD is the data controller for personal data processed through this website and the AXIOM service.
Information we process
We process information needed to create and secure accounts, provide GitHub, Google, email-code and email-password sign-in, manage sessions, create orders, activate paid entitlements, answer support requests and maintain audit records. This may include a verified email address, display name, authentication provider, password hash, session identifiers, order and payment status, entitlement state, support correspondence, IP address, device and request security signals, and administrator audit events.
Purpose, legal basis and sharing
We use this information to perform the service contract, protect AXIOM and its users, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with accounting and legal obligations, and improve service reliability. We share only the minimum necessary information with authentication providers, email delivery services, infrastructure providers and the hosted TJ Payment Hub. Payment card details are handled by the hosted payment provider and are not stored by AXIOM.
Retention and your rights
Account, order, security, support and audit records are retained only for operational, accounting, dispute and legal needs, then deleted, anonymised or archived as required by law. Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability. Send privacy requests to support@tjnovaltd.com. Security reports may also be sent to security@tjnovaltd.com.
