Refund Policy

AXIOM is operated by TJ NOVA LTD, registered in England and Wales under Company No. 17308318. For refund assistance, contact support@tjnovaltd.com and include the verified account email, AXIOM order number, purchase date and a clear description of the issue.

Eligibility and review

Contact us within 14 days of the initial purchase when AXIOM was materially unavailable, was not delivered as described at checkout, or a duplicate charge occurred. We review actual service delivery, consumed capacity, account activity, duplicate payment evidence, service interruption and applicable consumer law. A request does not guarantee approval, but statutory rights are not limited by this policy.

Exclusions and partial refunds

Completed custom work, consumed quotas, customer configuration errors, abuse, policy violations, and third-party model or infrastructure costs may be non-refundable except where law requires otherwise. When only part of the purchased service was delivered, TJ NOVA LTD may approve a proportionate partial refund while leaving the remaining paid entitlement active. A full refund cancels the related paid entitlement.

Method, timing and disputes

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Processing and settlement time depends on the payment provider and the receiving bank. AXIOM accepts only signed, idempotent refund and dispute events from the TJ Payment Hub. Duplicate notifications cannot apply the same change twice. An open dispute suspends access; a final decision for the customer cancels the entitlement, while a final decision for TJ NOVA LTD may restore it after audit verification.
