Terms of Service
Effective 14 July 2026. These terms govern access to AXIOM, an AI orchestration service operated by TJ NOVA LTD. By creating an account or placing an order, you accept these terms.
Account and security
You must provide accurate information, protect your login methods, and notify support of suspected compromise. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable security.
Service and acceptable use
AXIOM connects and governs systems you choose. You remain responsible for model providers, credentials, data sources, outputs, and lawful use. You may not use AXIOM to harm systems, evade safeguards, violate rights, or process unlawful content.
Plans, orders and delivery
Prices and plan scope shown at checkout are server-authoritative. Payment is handled by the TJ Payment Hub and its hosted provider. Paid rights begin only after a verified payment event. Availability, quotas, support, and delivery are limited to the purchased plan.
Suspension, termination and liability
We may limit or suspend access to protect users, infrastructure, or legal compliance. Either party may end the service; accrued obligations survive. To the extent permitted by law, indirect and consequential losses are excluded and aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service during the previous twelve months.

账户与安全
您应提供准确资料，妥善保护 GitHub、Google、邮箱验证码及密码等登录方式，并在怀疑账户被盗用时及时联系支持团队。除非相关活动因我们未采取合理安全措施导致，否则您应对通过本人账户进行的操作负责。公开注册不会自动获得管理员权限，后台仅向经过授权的角色开放。
服务与可接受使用
AXIOM 用于连接、观察和治理您选择的模型及系统。模型供应商、访问凭据、数据来源、输出内容和合法使用责任仍由您承担。不得利用服务攻击系统、绕过安全保护、侵犯他人权利、处理违法内容或干扰其他客户。发现高风险活动时，我们可以采取限流、隔离或暂停措施。
套餐、订单与交付
套餐价格、SKU、额度和周期以服务器及托管结账页面显示为准，浏览器提交的金额不构成付款依据。支付由 TJ Payment Hub 及其托管支付服务商处理；只有经过签名验证的付款成功事件才会开通权益。退款、争议或拒付可能导致相关权益撤销或冻结。
终止与责任
为保护用户、基础设施或履行法律义务，我们可以限制或暂停服务。任一方均可终止服务，但已产生的付款、保密和争议处理义务继续有效。在法律允许范围内，我们不对间接或后果性损失承担责任；与受影响服务有关的累计责任以此前十二个月实际支付的费用为上限。
